Standing desk + monitor arm: cable management nightmare

FlexiSpot E7 with dual 27-inch monitors on a dual arm. When I raise the desk to standing height (about 110 cm), the cables go taut and pull on the monitors. When I lower it, they bunch up and hang behind the desk. Already snagged a cable on my chair once. What is everyone doing for cable management...
