Acer UM.HXXEE.305 - Thoughts? | Monitors

okay so, ive been eyeballin' the acer um.hxxee.305. 27 inches and 4k? seems about right. mini led ips...is that a good thing? i'm kinda torn between this and maybe springing for something a bit more premium...like the [Pro Display XDR by Apple]( /monitors/apple/pro-display-xdr) if i'm honest...but that price tag, ouch! I'm mostly interested in smooth gaming so the 160hz is tempting and it claims 1ms response, but what's it *actually* like in practice? heard freesync premium pro and g-sync compatibility are important so at least that's a plus, right?
