MTIP2780S - My New Baby! (and some thoughts) | Monitors

Okay, so I've been using the CTL MTIP2780S for a few weeks now, and wow! Coming from my old ViewEra V191BN2...it's like stepping into a whole new world! You wouldn't believe I used to stare at that squashed little 5:4 ratio! Anyway, the 27" screen is just fantastic for having multiple windows open – productivity has gone through the roof! I mean, the resolution is only 1920x1080, but honestly? For everyday work and a bit of gaming, it's perfectly sharp. The colors are really vibrant, probably thanks to the IPS panel, which is a massive step up compared to the TN panel in my old monitor. I also like that it has FreeSync Premium Pro – I can actually use it, unlike that [G255F by MSI]( /monitors/msi/g255f) I had my eye on. Has anyone else been impressed with the color accuracy out of the box? I'm curious!
