120Hz on a 39.7in 5K panel, genuine spec or a box number

"Refresh: 120Hz" is the line on the Dell UltraSharp U4025QW that i keep going back to. screens this shape are normally 60 and pointed squarely at spreadsheets, so 120 on a 39.7in 5K IPS reads to me like either a real decision or something they could technically print. i work at this desk all day...
